Wow...what a ride this has been for me. You see, I had just had 8 puppies and all of a
sudden, my puppies, the father of my puppies and my master were going to lose our
home. Our master loved us enough to contact Brookline for help. Some really nice ladies
came to see me and my puppies and they had a nice long talk with my master. Shortly
after that first meeting, these nice ladies came back for me and my youngsters and took us
to a new house. The father of my puppies went off to live with a relative. Glad to know he is
safe also.
Our new house was wonderful. We were warm, protected, loved and well taken care of.
One of my foster Moms even slept in our room and let me sleep with her on the bed.
Actually I tried to sleep on my foster Mom but she said that wasn't going to work. All kinds
of nice people came to see me and my family and I let them hold my puppies. I kept an eye
on them, but I let them hold them. When it was time for my puppies to all find new homes
of their own, my foster Moms made sure they were the right family for my little babies. All of
a sudden, the youngsters were off to start a new life with a new family. And the best part is
that I was also going to a new home.

named Shirley and boy is she hairy! And, she is real tiny so I try and push her out of the
way to get all of Mom's attention. There is a picture of me and my sister below. My new
Mom loves to walk and so do I. We go for nice long walks on a trail in the morning with my
friend Nellie (a yellow Lab). When the weather gets warmer, I will be allowed to swim in
the creek. I have another Lab friend named Wilson. She comes and stays with us when
her Mom and Dad have to go away.
So Brookline, I owe you a great big thank you! You stepped up to help me and my family
when we needed help. You found two wonderful foster Moms who took such good care of
us. You found us not one but nine new homes. So on behalf of Cairo, Vienna, Paris,
Geneva, Montreal, London, Houston and Olso we thank you!
