I’m Dawkins and this is my mom. This is how we relax at the end of a day
full of play. And boy am I gonna sleep well tonight, because this is going to
be my home! Yes, I decided I kinda liked it here with the kids, my fur sister
and all…So I put on my very best manners and worked those labby puppy
eyes of mine – and now I’m staying!
Mom said conditions weren’t always so good where she used to live. She
was pregnant with us pups and a bit sad. Then our buds at Brookline came
along to save the day. They helped her move in with a family before we were
born. Mom’s real happy ‘bout that, especially since things didn’t go real easy
for her. But Brookline made sure she got the medical help she needed, so
we could all be safe and healthy as we were born and started to grow.

My foster family tells us we are all the BEST doggies and they love us very much. But now that us puppers are more than two
months old, we’re so darn cute it seems that EVERYBODY wants a chance to love us! Plus, Mom says we’re grown up enough to
have families of our own. So my awesome friends at Brookline came through for us AGAIN, and found us all some really great
families to love and spoil us with attention. Even Mom found a really cool home right close by. So I’ll even get to visit her there. But
best of all, I get to stay right here where I’m loved the most.
Mom says it’s a happy ending and she has even started retrieving balls again. Not me, I say it’s just the beginning and I can’t wait
to see what’s in store for tomorrow!
