Sebastian has been such a wonderful addition to our family. From the first day he arrived
from his foster family he has been a total delight!! We all feel as if he as been with us for
years because he seems so comfortable, already has good “doggie manner” in the house
and knows and fits in to our routine. Because he is 5 years old we don’t have any puppy
issues, house training problems or too much energy for us to handle. Everyone who
comes to the house is greeted by him with his toy in his mouth and they just love him. We
continually hear “He is such a great dog!!” He really IS a GREAT DOG!
Sebastian has been a special blessing to “Grandma” who lives with us and is recovering
from a stroke. He greets her so happily, jumps onto her bed when he is told it is OK and
rests his head on her knee hoping for a little treat.
Brookline Lab Rescue made this whole process work out so well….the volunteers helped
in every way. They got to know us and matched us very well to a dog that would be just right
for us. They prepared us well for his arrival to our family and have been there for questions
and support all the way. This has been a delightful experience and a great way to find a
dog to become a member of our family.
