Sonny was put up for adoption because his family was overwhelmed with 3 young children and a 110 pound
dog, and they wanted a smaller dog. We found Sonny the perfect home, also with 3 small children but who
wanted a BIG gentle giant! Sonny moved in like he'd always been a part of the family. Two of the children have
special needs and Sonny has become a part of their therapy- he also happily listens to commands given by
the third child! He loves his new neighborhood, as he has a lot of lab friends to play with. Sonny's new family
reports, "He is the best thing to happen to our family in a long time!".
