My name is Piper. I'm the girl on the right- with the short hair. Maybe you saw me a few times before. My new Mom says that fate finally
brought us together.- that we're 'meant to be'. I say it was my fantastic friends at Brookline. They knew I was special and, while it wasn't
easy, they found the best home for me!
I really love my new family. I want to be just like my new doggy big sister- Jessie is 3 and she still plays with me like a puppy! She even
shares her toys.That's her in the picture with me. And while sometimes I’m still not so sure about my 2 cat brothers, they are ok to nap
with on the big bed. Mom and Dad understand that I’m a quirky girl who is crazy-happy inside but very timid outside. At first, I liked Mom
more but no pup could resist Dad. He's also good for naps And he gives great belly rubs!
I am still shy of strangers but I’m getting better with new grown ups thanks to lots of visits to and from my new grandparents. Children
still scare me stiff but I hear that some of them aren’t so bad. Jessie really likes them and maybe they like to nap too? We'll see- I'm
here forever and that's plenty of time to think about it.
