Emily came to us very scared and skinny. She had been a stray dog who ended up in a shelter.
Because of her"unassuming" and soft manner, she had been missed by everyone who had gone to
the shelter looking for a dog to adopt, but she really needed a home. Frank and I took her as a foster
dog and we immediately liked her. Emily is a wonderful lab/pointer mix. She is sweet, playful, a little
"velcro" but very loving. After 1 week, we decided to adopt her ourselves and here she is! She's
gained weight and confidence. She now runs around and plays with her toys. She has become part
of the family.
