Helping Labs Find Their Fur-Ever Homes
Coco
Coco needed to find a new home due to some very unfortunate and uncontrollable challenges faced by her former
owner. We were called to help the owner out and find Coco a new, loving home. Soon, Coco found a home with a
wonderful family and new fur sister. It’s always difficult to introduce a new dog into a home with a resident dog and this
case was no exception. However, the family remained patient and worked through the challenges. They survived those
harried days and Coco has fit in nicely to their pack. The family reports that the fur girls will now playfully steal toys from
each other and they sometimes catch them giving each other a little grooming. Since Coco is still young, she still has
some of her puppy tendencies and has learned how to climb the ladder into their treehouse to “retrieve” things. Smart
dog? Yes, we knew that and this was confirmed as she just completed intermediate obedience training with her new
family. She will be enrolling in advanced classes this summer! We look forward to hearing great things from Coco.
