We adopted Chip in 2007. He was born on a farm, and part of a litter of 4 labs. After a short time is mother
became to weak to care for her puppies. That is when the rescue was called.
We never had a dog before, and we we're quite anxious and somehwhat nervous. My son was so persistent that
we thought we should really look into getting a dog. A friend told me about Brookline and it has been a
wonderful experience.
Our first encounter with the agency was pleasant ,and we have been pleased ever since. The volunteers are
extremely dedicated to finding the right home for each dog.
Our year with Chip has been so much fun. We've grown so much in the last year and so has Chip. We never
expected to get such joy from Chip ,but he has become such a big part of our family. We can't imagine life
without him.
