Charlie was used as a stud dog at a very young age and adopted out after the breeder’s
use for him was over. Unfortunately, the family that adopted him surrendered him to a
shelter a month later. He was scheduled for euthanasia when the shelter’s kennel
manager called Brookline for help. After meeting him, we fell in love with him and
quickly put him into foster care.
He thrived in the foster home and was such a gentleman- even behaving better than the
resident dogs! His forever home fell in loved with him as well and he has become a bit
hit with family and neighbors. He enjoys running with his new mom and dad and they
are just what he needed! They laugh at his antics and enjoy the cuddling time he
“forces” them to have with him.
