Brookline Labrador Retriever Rescue
Helping Labs Find Their Fur-Ever Homes
Buddy Boy, as we fondly named him at Brookline, was a rescued shelter dog
who came into foster care in 2006. He found his forever home in September
2006 and couldn't be happier.

A picture of Buddy would not be complete if it did not contain his favorite toy
the tennis ball. Buddy loves his daily play dates with Rocky(a boxer) and
Sadie(boxer mix). They race along the back yard chasing each other and
playing ball. He loves to go for walks and is getting better every day with his
commands. He has even trained his new family to let him up on the bed in the
morning. He sleeps much better curled up next to his new mom or so he has
her convinced!

Soon Buddy is going on his first family vacation to New York to visit family that
live on a farm! They can only imagine the smells he will find!

His new family says "We just love Buddy Boy. He has been a great addition.
He already has a Christmas stocking that has a black lab on sled, I am sure
that there will be some tennis balls tucked in there."

Another happy ending for a much deserved Lab!
