Franklin and Marshall were two very special men in American history. I can only say that the
volunteers evaluating these two very special dogs named these brothers correctly. I have had the
pleasure of fostering Franklin and am now fostering Marshall. Despite the fact they were found as
strays on New Year’s Eve and that their preventive vet care was not address by their owners, they
are still willing and able to give all their love to you. Franklin and Marshall both have Lyme's
disease and unfortunately Marshall is faced with heartworm treatment as well. You would never
know that either of them have anything wrong with them, but both these diseases can be fatal if
left untreated. The good news is they can be treated but the bad news is the cost of the treatment
for both Lyme's disease and heartworm adds up. Brookline is dedicated to helping these two
