Adoption Pending
These are dogs that have completed their time in their way cool foster home and are now in the home of their potential adopter. Brookline requires a three week Pre-Adoptive period with all of our dogs. We require the minimum Pre-Adoptive period to give both you and the dog time to get to know each other, to help us insure that we have made a good match.
Dogs that are listed here are likely to be officially adopted after their Pre-Adoptive period but if there is a particular dog you are interested in check back here on the Blog. Despite our best efforts to create a perfect match between a dog and adopter, occasionally things don’t work out as planned during this three week period and the dog is returned to their foster home and placed up for adoption again.
