PARTICIPATION IN PERSON
Use the link above to obtain an entry form. Bring your pledge form & all pledge money the
day of the walk. Registration starts at 9:30. Walk approximately one mile in length starts at
10:30. Pet Fair and Demostrations from 10:00 to 3:00.
PARTICIPATION BY MAIL
Just collect your pledges and money, then mail it to the following address, postmarked by
May 14, 2008 to be eligible for the grand prize. For pledges $50 and over, a Paws Across
PA T-shirt will be mailed to you. Mail pledge money and form to:

PRIZES
All participants who raise $50 and over will receive a Paws Across PA T-shirt (sizes
limited).
Grand Prizes will be awarded to the participants who collect the most pledges in two
categories: Adult (18 & older) & Youth (under 18).
Adult Grand Prize will include a custom pastel drawing of your pet by Miriam Hughes.
Youth Grand Prize will include a $100 gift card to Best Buy.
